Questions that do not require an immediate answer may be e-mailed to us. Response times may vary depending how busy staff members may be.

Got a quick question? Shoot us a PM! It's fast and easy, and it's a sure way to make sure your question reaches us.

If you need an immediate answer to a question and you have already searched elsewhere for the answer, then ask a staff member in our IRC chatroom. Send a message to anyone with the (!) symbol located to the left of their name and they will get back to you as soon as possible. Remember, staff members have lives as well and may not be at their computer at the time of your pm.
